Losing Brave Blink eBook Bailee Madison Stefne Miller Reviews

  • I started reading Losing Brave and immediately knew that I had to finish it that same day, because I was hooked from the start. I particularly loved how Stefne and Bailee were able to maintain the psychological thriller aspect while still making Payton Brave a character that everyone can relate to. I think it’s safe to say, that we’ve all struggled to figure out where we belong at one point or another. As for the ending, you’ll never suspect it. The book has twists on twists that will keep you at the edge of your seat until the very end!
  • This book was not at all what I expected, in the best way! I expected it to be about the journey Payton (the main character) goes through to find her missing sister. I expected it to be filled with lovable and complex characters (and there were plenty)! But what exceeded my expectations was the reality of how social media affects the lives of teens, and the truthfulness of how people do and DON’T deal with grief.

Plus, the twist at the end made me want to go back and re-read it to see all the clues I might have missed the first time!

If you have ever lost someone, or even felt like you’ve lost a bit of yourself, you will definitely be able to relate to this book, and maybe find some healing along the way.
  • The style of writing did not sit well with me through the entire novel, but that is purely a personal thing that is not reflective of the story told. I thoroughly enjoyed the story and the twist at the end gave me chills. If you enjoy stories on sisterhood, truth, love, and bravery you will enjoy this story. It is filled with mystery and chills, but rooted in bravery and undying love. Well done!
  • A unique storytelling style here. I expected more thrills but it was a slow-burn till the edge-of-your-seat ending. I found the twists easy to guess and certainly have some question marks about how Cole in particular acted, but still I read this to the end and it did hold my interest.
  • It's suspenseful with a little romance thrown in for a clean read. It's fantastic for teens and adults alike. It's keeps you guessing while you fall in love with the characters. I couldn't put it down.
  • Did not make it through the first chapter. Very juvenile writing. Not a good read at all. Tried three times to read it before giving it to good will.
  • This book made me cry. It was great and though i had a feeling on what was going on i wasnt fully able to put my finger on it. I like when i am surprised by the out come and i was even though i wasn't if that makes that sense.
  • Just when you think you have this whole story figured out, it takes another unexpected turn. This is one of the best books I’ve read in a while. 5/5!!
