I would recommend this book for Physical Education teachers rather than coaches.I used this book for my U-14 kids and they really enjoyed the drills.The activities are cool and encourage participation with fun and learning.At the same time,I don't believe they are themed and linked from drill to drill properly.If you thought you were getting like what I thought which was coaching points and evaluation,look again,this book is just drill and how to setup,organise and run them.Another disadvantage is it doesn't teach the drills specific to a system,skill or tactic such as defending,attacking drills or overlapping etc.They're just plain OKish drill.I would recommend you use a book that zero's in on skill by skill or drills specific to a system of play !
